My paintbrush had a mind of it's own today. Crazy messy is how this dog ended up. It was a very poor photo with not much detail, I changed it up.

Really enjoyed doing this painting, kept everything very loose and tried not to overwork.  It is hard to know when a painting is finished especially when you still have brush in hand.  What I do is leave the room for a few minutes then go back and look.

This is another painting of the dog in the car.  I used sap green to under paint the canvas.  This painting is very soft, much different than the previous one.
