Get me outa here

6 x 6
oil on board
SOLD
This is a kitten that is up for adoption at our local cat rescue.  I grew up with siamese cats so I have a true fondness for them. Ceaser was our first, then Zorka and finally Samantha or Sam for short, were a big part of our family.  I remember so vividly the sound of the siamese meow, much like a baby crying.

Simplicity

oil on board
6 x 6
$50.00

I painted this a little differently, using more medium to thin the paint.  I like the softness of the painting.

This is a commission for a woman I met last month.  I absolutely loved painting these two beauties. The first time I have painted multiple animals on such a small canvas.

Another beautiful day in Qualicum Beach, to celebrate I painted another floral with my very favourite flower.  I possibly could paint flowers every day in spring, the choices are endless as are the colours.

Spring time

6 x 6
oil on board
SOLD

This is another version of the photo of the daffodils from the market,   definitely enjoying the colours of spring.  In my garden there are little reminders  of  flowers to come, with the tiny tips of leaves peaking out from the ground.

Norman

SOLD

This is Norman.  I started this painting yesterday.  First thing this morning I headed to my easel to do some changes to the painting.  Sometimes all you need are fresh eyes.
