Sometimes there is nothing better than painting sunflowers, for some reason my brush strokes become even more loose, just about dancing actually.

Another day of painting flowers, trying to resurrect the start of spring after the obscene amount of snow that fell upon us. I think it might be working, the sun is out and the snow is now melting....yippeeee.

There are a few reminders of warm weather ahead starting to pop up, the sky is blue and the clouds are extra fluffy. I just had to paint flowers. These beauties are from Nanoose Edibles a wonderful farm where I go to get my produce.  When summer comes there is a huge row of sunflowers running all along one side of the property...magnificent.
