Cow 42 I think we've met before

6 x 6
oil on panel
SOLD

I took a class last month with Ingrid Christensen and she couldn't stress enough to not add any detail until the very end, I have been trying though sometimes I get ahead of myself.  I like the pink background against the browns and rusts.  I only used a very small amount of white.

Chemainus bluff

SOLD

Yesterday we went to Saltspring Island for the day, on our way back my girlfriend Cindy took us on a tour of the town she grew up in, Chemainus.  We were in a new area of homes and there was one vacant lot left.  It was so beautiful with just a few trees and looking over to Saltspring.

Sunday afternoon

6 x 6 inch
oil on panel

SOLD

I took this picture  when I was in Victoria,  just over the horizon is the ocean.  There is nothing more beautiful as when the cherry trees are flowering.  I don't really paint street scenes...I am going to change that, I just loved painting it.
